Sara Gotfredson

Sara Gotfredson is Sr. Director, ESPN Customer Marketing & Sales. In this role, Ms. Gotfredson oversees all national advertising sales in the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest and Mountain West region and oversees the day to day operation of the San Francisco ESPN office. Her responsibilities include leading a multimedia sales team that provides national advertisers such as Nike, Microsoft, Visa, Electronic Arts, adidas, Visa and the like access to ESPNs premier media and marketing platforms and content including: 6 domestic cable television networks, ESPN.com, ESPN The Magazine, ESPN 3 broadband channel, and ESPN Mobile.

Ms. Gotfredson joined ESPN in February 2005 as an account executive and within 3 years was promoted to her current role. Prior to joining ESPN, she was a digital account executive with CBS Sportsline and prior to that, an inside sales executive at Red Herring Communications. Ms. Gotfredson received a masters degree in sports and fitness management and her bachelors degree in marketing from the University of San Francisco.

Ms. Gotfredson resides in San Francisco and is a member of the National Sports Marketing Network and the American Marketing Association. She enjoys skiing, golfing and sailing in her free time.
